We welcome new members to the Guild at any time.

You are welcome to come along to two meetings as a visitor before joining. Spend some time finding out about the Guild’s facilities and services and get to know some of the members.
We also have branches in Yeppoon (Capricorn Coast) Gladstone, Wallace House Noosa, Rockhampton, Southport, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba.
Membership Fees
The Guild membership year runs from August 1 to July 31 and the following fees are valid from 1/08/2024 – 31/07/2025.
New Member Joining Fee $15
(Compulsory for new members and those applying to re-join)
City Member $80
(residing within, and including a 40 km radius from Brisbane GPO)
Country/Interstate Member $65
(residing beyond a 40km radius from Brisbane GPO)
Junior (Jr) Member $50
(6 – 18 years)
Student (St) Member $55
(full-time, 19 – 21 years)
Family Membership $90
(One adult and up to 2 Jr/St living at the same address)
Newsletter Only $50
Pro-rata Membership Fee
A pro-rata rate (50%) is available to new members, and those who are applying to re-join the Guild, during the second half of the Guild year – i.e. from 1 February 2024 until 31 July 2024.
e.g. New City Member joining between 1 February 2024 and 31 July 2024:
Joining Fee $15.00
50% City Membership $40.00
Total $55.00
