Start Stitching Classes
These classes are run by the Guild in a relaxed and supportive environment. Everyone aged over 18 is welcome – beginners or experienced embroiderers alike. You don’t have to be a Guild member. The projects are easy and fun with Guild members there to help you and provide a way of developing your enjoyment of embroidery.
Where and When
Upstairs room of our heritage-listed building at 149 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley. The front door has a bell. Monthly on a Sunday between 1 pm and 4 pm. Please arrive at 12.30 pm to sign in.
Bookings
Bookings are essential and classes must be paid in advance, as our numbers are limited to 10 students. View the upcoming start stitching classes below, but hurry, there is a booking cut-off date.
How to get to the Guild
The Guild building is situated at 149 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.
Brunswick train station is a five-minute walk away.
Bus routes have recently changed, and we will update with new information soon.
Parking is available in Warry, Kennigo and Love streets (behind the Guild) and is free on weekends.
