Class with Paula Pugh
Participants may choose the letter they wish to stitch and there will be some choice of colour for both background and ribbon.
Please contact Paula at least one week prior to the class and she will make up the kit as close to your specifications as possible.

Please bring the following items with you to the class:
- 8 in / 20 cm frame or hoop. This needs to be large enough to encompass the whole embroidery
- Small, sharp embroidery scissors
- Laying tool, if you have one, or a large-eyed needle to use as a laying tool
- Your needle case containing various other needles, including:
Size 18 and 20 Chenille
Size 10 Embroidery needle or a medium size beading needle
Your choice of initial will be built up in layers of threads, ribbons and beads, using basic stitches and ribbon techniques

There are 4 steps at the entrance to the building and the ground floor area, as a result, wheelchair access is difficult and not recommended. Classes are usually held in the upstairs room which can only be accessed via the stairs.
Getting Here
- Free parking is available on Saturday and Sunday in Warry, Kennigo and Love Streets (behind the Guild).
- Fortitude Valley train station is a 5-minute walk away (exit via Brunswick Street).
- Numerous bus routes service Fortitude Valley. The closest stop, adjacent to the Guild building, is Brunswick Street at St Pauls Terrace, stop 5.

The Guild accepts no responsibility for difficulties with, or damage to your equipment.
Cancellation Policy
If a class is cancelled by the Guild all fees paid will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the class date. If more than two weeksโ notice is given, a refund will be offered, less $20 administration fee. Payment for kits will not be refunded but, if already purchased, the kit can be collected from the Guild rooms.
